Role OverviewWe are looking for a technically capable and detail-oriented Support Engineer (Integrations) to help clients implement our SDK and API solutions across multiple platforms. This is not a development or project management role. Instead, it's focused on technical client support, integration guidance, and documentation ownership.You will act as the bridge between external partners and internal product and engineering teams, ensuring clients receive timely, accurate support and that our technical documentation remains clear and up to date.
Key ResponsibilitiesIntegration Support and Enablement
- Serve as the first point of contact for SDK/API integration issues across platforms such as Unity, Android, Flutter, React Native, and iFrame
- Guide clients through the integration process, identify the root cause of issues, and provide clear solutions
- Conduct technical onboarding sessions with new clients
- Escalate complex issues internally with context and clarity
- Maintain and improve SDK documentation and implementation guides across platforms
- Create and update tutorials, sample code, FAQs, and knowledge base articles
- Organize content clearly using documentation platforms like Gitbook or Confluence
- Understand and communicate the root problem behind client-reported bugs
- Translate client needs and feedback into clear technical requirements for product and engineering
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve integration processes and support quality
- Validate integration scenarios and ensure readiness before clients encounter issues
- Conduct full-cycle testing during client onboarding to ensure smooth implementation
- Flag recurring integration challenges for long-term improvements
- Experience with SDK/API integration workflows
- Experience using API testing tools such as Postman or Hoppscotch
- Familiarity with at least one modern object-oriented programming language (e.g. C#, Kotlin, Dart, Java, JavaScript) and openness to working with others
- Ability to query basic data using SQL
- Experience maintaining technical documentation (Gitbook, Confluence, etc.)
- Proactive and client-focused mindset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience debugging SDK or mobile app integration issues
- Ability to communicate in multiple languages
- Basic understanding of prioritization or project scoping
- Knowledge of AdTech concepts, including ad rendering, tracking, and measurement
- Understanding of WebView or JavaScript bridge implementations
- This role sits within the Product team and works closely with Engineering
- The Engineering team operates using Agile methodology
- Integration Specialists are encouraged to help define and improve support processes
