·Support Office 365, antivirus, and encryption solutions
·Troubleshoot PC hardware/software issues
·Administer mobile devices (iOS/Android) via MDM
·Provide helpdesk support via ticketing system
·Be available for occasional after-hours support

Requirements
·Degree in IT or equivalent experience·CompTIA A+ or MCP certification preferred
·Hands-on experience with AD, GPOs, and Office 365
·Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
·Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
·Excellent communication and customer service skills
·Cloud experience (Azure, Intune)
·Network basics (TCP/IP, VPN)
