Who you'll work with:
You will be a core member of the HR & COO Team at DHL Consulting. You are reporting to the Head of Recruiting at DHL Consulting and are working closely with three more colleagues in the recruiting team.Our team of ten passionate HR professionals focuses on attracting, developing, and supporting a diverse pool of consulting professionals who represent the communities we live and work in. In your recruiting and employer branding efforts, you will collaborate with all team members to ensure cohesion and effective working relationships. Maintaining a synergistic relationship with our consulting team and office leadership is paramount in delivering an exceptional candidate experience. You will be expected to travel within Europe occasionally to champion our company at recruiting events.
What you'll do:
Enhance and Promote Employer Brand:
Provide input to strengthen our employer brand through content creation, targeted recruitment campaigns, and social media activities across various channels. Represent the company at various university events and job fairs.Execute HR Marketing Initiatives:
Collaborate closely with our internal Marketing & Communications team to attract top talent for DHL Consulting. Develop targeted job advertisements, oversee the careers page, and ensure it is up-to-date, and leveraging digital marketing and candidate engagement tools.Partnership Building:
Establish and maintain excellent relationships with academic partners, student organizations, vendors, and agencies.Talent Pipeline Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, with a particular focus on students and graduates, guiding them through the entire hiring process. Manage a high volume of applications, mainly for management consulting roles, including processing and tracking, monitoring candidate assessment results, and updating our application tracking system.Candidate Pre-Selection, Recruiting Days and
Assessment:
Manage thecandidate interview process end-to-end, scheduling and coordinating interview days, working closely with our Consultants and Management team.Data-Driven Reporting:
Providedata, track key performance indicators, and recommend adjustments to our assessment processes.
Qualifications:
- University degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in HR marketing and recruitment in the professional services sector (preferably in the consulting industry)
- Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment
- Outgoing personality and ability to build connections
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- International work experience is desired
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems, e.g. ATS, MS Office (especially Excel), and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Fluency in English and German on a business professional level
