What you'll do
- Play a key role in driving the continuous improvement of the global Information Security Awareness program, ensuring it meets the demands of a corporate environment
- Partner with subject matter experts to develop and implement initiatives that promote sustainable Security Engagement and Culture across the Knauf Group, including high-profile employee training sessions and tabletop exercises
- Support the Governance team in implementing a Information Security Management System (ISMS) for various Knauf entities, ensuring employees are well-informed about their roles and responsibilities within the framework
- Act as the central point of contact for business units and stakeholders on Security Awareness matters, providing expert advice and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address inquiries and deliver guidance
Who you are
- Hold a degree in a relevant field such as Information Security, IT, Business Administration, or Communication, showcasing a strong foundation for driving impactful initiatives
- Demonstrated expertise in Security Awareness, Security Engagement, or Human Risk Management, with a deep understanding of the importance of a robust security posture in today’s digital landscape
- Excel in high-level discussions with stakeholders across all organizational levels, fostering positive collaboration and bridging the gap between technology and business
- Not new to governance principles, with previous experience in working with or implementing governance frameworks like an Information Security Management System (ISMS)
- Fluent in English, with German language skills as an added advantage to enhance communication in a global environment
