About You:
- You're a natural problem-solver who can develop an independent perspective and structure information effectively, even amid uncertainty.
- You communicate clearly and effectively across all levels of an organization, from the shop floor to C-level executives.
- You have direct experience implementing change in manufacturing or deploying technology systems in operational environments.
- You are customer-obsessed and passionate about partnering with clients to deliver measurable impact.
- You are resourceful and can "Google your way out of most problems," understanding that every customer has a unique perspective.
What skills do I need?
- 4+ years in a customer-facing role such as Account Management, Customer Success (SaaS preferred), or Management Consulting.
- Direct experience within discrete manufacturing is essential, particularly with a background in industries such as Industrial Machinery, Automotive, Aerospace and Defense, or others.
- A BA/BS is required (MBA/Masters preferred), along with a demonstrated ability to understand complex business challenges and align technology solutions to solve them.
- Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills, with experience creating and leading executive presentations for enterprise corporations.
- Proven experience coordinating and leading action among cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Product, Engineering).
- A strong bias for action and client impact.
- Ability to travel up to 20%.
- Business fluency in German or French is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end relationship for a portfolio of key accounts, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure their success and health.
- Proactively identify opportunities to expand the use of Tulip's platform within existing accounts, acting as a strategic partner to manage contract renewals and support commercial expansion in collaboration with Sales.
- Strategically guide customers to leverage Tulip for operational improvements by recommending use cases and tracking and communicating a clear, measurable return on their investment.
- Coordinate across internal teams such as Product, Engineering, Sales, and Professional Services to address customer needs and influence the product roadmap.
- Help build and improve internal processes and content, creating mechanisms to scale up and mature the Customer Success function.
