Job Description
Lead the development and strategic evolution of Enpal’s Customer App, the central touchpoint for customers to monitor and interact with their energy systems.
- Customer Experience - design and deliver intuitive, personalized workflows that adapt to diverse customer setups (e.g. PV + electricity, charging only, heat pump, etc.), ensuring the app feels tailored to each user while enabling upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Discovery & Research - drive continuous customer discovery and product shaping efforts to uncover needs, validate solutions, and measure impact.
- Product Vision - co-define the long-term vision for the Customer App, aligning with Enpal’s strategic goals.
- Outcome-Driven Development - champion a culture of measurable impact, focusing on customer happiness, engagement, and business outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration - work closely with engineering, design, and other product managers to build scalable product streams and deliver high-quality features.
- Strategic Exposure - engage directly with C-level stakeholders to align on priorities, communicate progress, and influence company-wide initiatives.
- Team Building - play a key role in scaling the Customer App team, helping define roles, processes, and culture as one of the senior members.
Qualifications
- 5 - 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in B2C environments with complex customer-facing applications.
- Proven track record in mobile product development and delivering personalized, high-impact user experiences.
- Strong experience in outcome-driven product development, with a focus on measurable customer satisfaction and business value.
- Excellent communication skills in English (C1+), able to clearly articulate vision, strategy, and decisions across all levels of the organization, German skills (C1+) also beneficial.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and complexity - able to break down challenges and drive clarity.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset - ready to shape the product while building the team and processes around it.
- Experience working with IoT-connected products or energy-related systems is a strong plus.
- Passionate about creating products that empower users and contribute to a sustainable future.
