About ITM
ITM is a privately owned biotechnology and radiopharmaceutical group of companies dedicated to the development, production and global supply of targeted diagnostic and therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals and radioisotopes for use in cancer treatment. We are developing a proprietary portfolio and growing pipeline of targeted treatments in various stages of clinical development addressing cancers such as neuroendocrine cancers or bone metastases. Our main objectives are to significantly improve treatment outcomes and quality of life for cancer patients through a new generation of Targeted Radionuclide Therapies in Precision Oncology. We would like to fill the following permanent vacancy in Garching as soon as possible
Senior Bioanalytical Scientist (f/m/d)
Your role
- Development, validation, and continuous optimization of bioanalytical assays in alignment with clinical development goals
- Oversight of method implementation both in-house and at external service providers
- Coordination and supervision of efficient technology transfers to external laboratories
- Design, planning, and scientific evaluation of pharmacokinetic (PK) studies and modelling and simulation activities
- Conceptualization and assessment of immunohistochemistry (IHC) analyses
- Selection, contracting, and oversight of CROs and external laboratories
- Ensuring timely delivery of high-quality bioanalytical data and study reports
- Scientific review of non- clinical and clinical study protocols, validation reports, and regulatory submission documents
- Ensuring adherence to GLP, GCP, and all relevant regulatory guidelines
Your profile
- Advanced degree (MSc or PhD) in life sciences, pharmacy, biochemistry, or a related discipline
- Several years of experience in bioanalytics within a regulated environment (GLP/GCP)
- Strong expertise in bioanalytical methods (e.g. ligand-binding assays, LC-MS/MS)
- Proven experience in designing and interpreting pharmacokinetic (PK) studies
- Hands-on knowledge in the setup and interpretation of immunohistochemistry (IHC) analyses
- Experience in working with CROs and external laboratories, including contracting and supervision
- Sound understanding of regulatory requirements and scientific documentation standards
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Fluent in English, German is an advantage
