This position has a hybrid setup with approximately 1-2 days per week on site.
This position is part time eligible with min. 80%.
Tasks & responsibilities
- In your new role, you will oversee external biomarker lab activities to ensure that timelines and agreed services are conducted.
- You will work together with Biomarker Leads, CDx Leads, clinical trial leads, data managers, Clinical Biosample Operations, and other relevant functions to deliver data on time and in the desired quality.
- Furthermore, you will collaborate with international external partners and vendors to get clinical studies and research collaborations set up and running.
- Moreover, you will chair international meetings and train relevant interface parties.
- You will collaborate proactively and decisively within the international interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes for the clinical trial. Finally, you will approve the usage of human biospecimens based on Boehringer internal regulations within ExpMed TA Oncology.
Requirements
- Completed Bachelor’s degree in a medical-scientific subject or equivalent education with several years of working experience in laboratory analytics for human samples (preferably in Genomics) or other experience in clinical studies
- Experience in Oncology trial set-up, contracting of CROs/universities, CDx developments and as Human Biospecimen Acquisition Manager
- GCP knowledge including experience in inspections, advanced skills in MS Office and Veeva applications with expertise in CDx development processes and regulations
- Independent, collaborative and structured work style with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong Teamplayer with innovative mindset to work effectively in a fast-changing environment, capable of working in multi-disciplinary and global teams Excellent English, both spoken and written
