What you'll do:
- You will contribute to the product development of sleep products (pillows and textile accessories) from product testing to final supplier validation.
- You will collaborate closely with international suppliers to ensure seamless integration and compliance with production standards.
- You will participate actively in R&D to drive innovation and optimize product design for scalability and cost-effectiveness.
- You will coordinate product development with internal stakeholders (Product Success, Procurement and others) and suppliers worldwide.
- You will monitor and report on project progress, profitability and risks.
- You will apply a customer-centric, agile approach in all projects.
- You will ensure deadlines are met while keeping costs on track.
Who we're looking for:
- You have a genuine love for working with physical products and take satisfaction in creating something people enjoy using.
- You’re studying Product/Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or another STEM discipline.
- You can work well on your own and assume full ownership for the quality of your work.
- You are able to handle several tasks at the same time and always keep the overview and prioritize accordingly.
- You are hands-on and have a can-do mentality.
- You possess excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- You’re comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Basic knowledge of design tools like Illustrator or Photoshop is a plus — and you learn new tools quickly.
