Ready to lead, disrupt and reinvent the sleep industry?

We are Emma – The Sleep Company. Founded in 2015, we’ve become the world’s largest D2C sleep brand, available in over 35 countries with more than 25 stores across Europe. Recommended by leading consumer associations in EMEA, APAC, and the Americas, we develop the best sleep comfort products that empower our customers to awaken their best every day.
At Emma, we are a community of smart, driven people, united by a strong culture of collaboration, teamwork, and knowledge sharing. We think big, take ownership, and are empowered to drive meaningful impact. Through hands-on experience, mentorship, and continuous learning, we drive our own growth and learning. With Emmies from over 60 nationalities and offices across multiple regions, our diverse perspectives enrich our workplace culture. Ready to shape the future of sleep with us? Let’s make it happen!

What you'll do:

  • You will contribute to the product development of sleep products (pillows and textile accessories) from product testing to final supplier validation.
  • You will collaborate closely with international suppliers to ensure seamless integration and compliance with production standards.
  • You will participate actively in R&D to drive innovation and optimize product design for scalability and cost-effectiveness.
  • You will coordinate product development with internal stakeholders (Product Success, Procurement and others) and suppliers worldwide.
  • You will monitor and report on project progress, profitability and risks.
  • You will apply a customer-centric, agile approach in all projects.
  • You will ensure deadlines are met while keeping costs on track.

Who we're looking for:

  • You have a genuine love for working with physical products and take satisfaction in creating something people enjoy using.
  • You’re studying Product/Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or another STEM discipline.
  • You can work well on your own and assume full ownership for the quality of your work.
  • You are able to handle several tasks at the same time and always keep the overview and prioritize accordingly.
  • You are hands-on and have a can-do mentality.
  • You possess excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • You’re comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Basic knowledge of design tools like Illustrator or Photoshop is a plus — and you learn new tools quickly.

What we offer:

  • A combination of personal and company growth to accelerate your career and help you reach your goals
  • The chance to work on exciting and challenging projects either independently or as part of a dedicated, international team
  • Responsibility and decision-making authority from day one—you'll create an impact with new, innovative ideas and help shape our company DNA
  • Employee discount on Emma products for yourself, friends and family
  • Access to German classes
