About The Role
This is a full-time, onsite role as an Office Manager at our Berlin HQ. You’ll join a young and ambitious team with the role to make sure that everybody feels good in the office.
What You’ll Do
Own day‑to‑day office ops: facilities, access/security, supplies, mail, visitors, deliveries
Organize snacks/meals/drinks and maintain a welcoming, tidy workspace
Plan and run team events, off-sites, and customer meetups; manage vendors and budgets
Organize snacks/meals/drinks and maintain a welcoming, tidy workspace
Coordinate onboarding: desk/access/setup; ensure a great first-week experience
Support recruiting: schedule interviews and host candidates
Help collect invoices for the finance admin and manage our subcontractors, like cleaning
Manage calendars, travel, expenses, and light personal support for team members
Be a positive culture carrier: pulse-check the team, spot issues early, boost morale
About You
You’re a proactive doer who spots needs before they’re asked and closes loops without hand-holding.
You keep calm under pressure, juggle multiple priorities, and protect executive time with great judgment.
You communicate clearly and warmly in English (German a plus), building trust with teammates and vendors.
You sweat details (accuracy, cleanliness, checklists) while keeping an eye on budgets and improvements.
You’re hands-on and service-minded: happy to switch from vendor negotiations to assembling a desk or prepping snacks.
Qualifications
3–6 years in office/workplace operations with executive support; event and vendor management
Excellent communication in German and English; friendly, service-oriented
Tools: Google Workspace, calendar and travel tools, basic spreadsheets
