- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in psychology, social science, or a related field.
- Background in freelancer placement or recruiting.
- Strong Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, v-lookups, filtering, and sorting).
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle situations calmly.
- Growth mindset and willingness to incorporate GenAI in your daily work.
- Service-oriented approach (flexible, personable, approachable).
- Team-oriented mentality.
- Ability to provide and receive feedback constructively.
- Fluent in English and German.
