As a Purchasing & Logistics Specialist, you will be joining our European Purchasing department, and participate in all its activities:
- Further development of the purchasing department and its processes
- Allocating orders and rescheduling based on availability
- Internal point of contact for the enquiries of the Customer Solution team
- Responsible for the order entries for the restrooms parts for all our warehouses
- Responsible for the order entries for the transfers between warehouses
- Management of the changes in orders, follow-up, freight booking
- Ensuring that materials are procured on time (production, commercial and plant materials)
- Coordination and support of purchasing projects
- Close cooperation with all specialist departments, in particular production planning and sales, quality and warehouse logistics
Your profile:
- You have 2-3 years’ experience in a Purchasing and/or Supply Chain department, preferably in an industry
- You are fluent in English, the ability to use German in a professional way is an asset.
- High level of communication skills, ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- You know how to be assertive and are goal oriented
- You have a hands-on mentality and are confident handling of ERP systems and MS Office products
- You have experience in operational material planning
