Offer support to interns and working students with their daily tasks
Own end-to-end the monthly invoice checking process using a custom, proprietary database.
Assist month-end Accounting processes.
Send payment reminders for overdue invoices.
Own the communication with integral business partners regarding issues or delays in reporting and invoicing.
Act as the first point of contact for internal business queries related to partner management topics (reporting, invoicing, payment).
1+ year of professional experience in Accounting required, professional experience in Accounts Receivable is an asset
Possess strong computer skills, including a high proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Are able to communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in writing
Are meticulous and possess advanced time-management skills
Proficiency in written and verbal English, German is a plus
