Job Description
- You set up CRM campaigns including emails and app push notifications to deliver targeted communication to new and existing clients
- You create and adapt CRM journeys, run tests and analyse the results to optimize their performance
- You actively contribute to the development of the CRM channel at Scalable Capital for all current and future products and countries
- You collaborate across Marketing-, Product- and Content teams to deliver relevant communication to customers
- You show attention to detail when it comes to content creation, email design and the sendout of emails and push notifications
- You show an analytical mindset and are not afraid to work with large data sets
- You measure and report on email- and app push notification performance to deduct channel optimizations
Qualifications
- You have a strong interest in CRM; experience in the finance or e-commerce sector is a plus
- You demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and can prioritize your tasks in a dynamic environment
- You have a strong hands-on mentality and find pragmatic solutions to complex challenges.
- You are proficient in working with CRM systems and email marketing tools; experience with Salesforce and Marketing Cloud is an advantage
- You have a high affinity for data and can derive CRM actions from relevant business metrics.
- You have initial experience with HTML and SQL; knowledge of AMPscript is a plus
- You are fluent in German and English
