Job Description
- Manage the provisioning, modification and deprovisioning of accesses
- Fulfill access requests raised via the IAM tool for critical applications
- Process and resolve access-related tickets using ITSM platforms within the defined SLAs
- Ensure adherence to security policies, role-based access controls and the principle of least privilege
- Maintain accurate documentation and audit trails to support compliance
- Work with HR, IT Support and business units to align access with organisational roles and changes
- Identify process gaps and contribute to automation and continuous improvement initiatives within IAM
Qualifications
- Previous work experience in user access management or a similar role
- Experience of using and managing service management systems and account provisioning and deprovisioning
- Knowledge of, and technical capability in, IAM technologies
- Experience with one or more areas of identity and access management, such as authentication and authorisation
- Familiarity with tools such as GWS, CRM tools, cloud infrastructure and developer platforms.
