Your Tasks:
- Making a memorable first impression on our guests
- Cultivating a warm welcoming atmosphere
- Responsibility for reservation system management
- Seating guests according to the table plan and presenting the menu
- Accommodating walk-ins according to availability
- Answering phone calls & taking reservations
- Supporting the service team
Your Qualifications:
- Berlin Residence and Ready-to-Start Status are required
- Hospitable soul and love for taking care of others
- Good communicational skills
- Well-groomed appearance and good manners
- Availability to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Experience in hospitality would be an advantage
- Good German & English skills are a must, other languages would be an advantage
