We are looking for a passionate and data-driven Growth Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will design and execute innovative growth strategies, manage end-to-end marketing programs, and drive customer acquisition through modern tools and insights.

What You’ll Be Doing
Demand and Lead Generation
- Design and execute demand and lead generation strategies to identify and prioritize the most effective approaches for driving growth.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key data such as website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance to guide decision-making.
Organic Growth Programs
- Take ownership of Emporix’s organic growth initiatives, including social media, community building, SEO, website optimization, and conversion rate optimization.
Paid Search and Social Programs
- Manage and execute Emporix’s paid search and paid social programs on platforms like LinkedIn, Google, and others.
- Continuously test and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.
Exploration and Innovation
- Explore, test, and monitor innovative and disruptive channels to uncover new customer acquisition opportunities.
- Ownership of Emporix’ growth stack, including the adoption and orchestration of AI-powered tools for demand generation, campaign optimization, and predictive analytics.
Collaboration and Optimization
- Leverage analytics and insights to optimize marketing programs and align them with Emporix’s overall business goals.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS marketing with a proven track record of success across SEO, paid channels, CRO, and social media.
- Strong knowledge in demand and lead generation as well as nurturing programs to effectively drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Strong prompt engineering skills to leverage AI for content generation, campaign testing, and personalization.
- Advanced skills in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and HubSpot; knowledge of additional platforms is a big plus.
- Ability to leverage data-driven insights to enhance campaign performance and identify growth opportunities.
- A team player who can work cross-functionally and ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Thinks outside the box to solve problems and engage audiences in innovative ways.
- Excellent written and spoken English and German are required.
- Experience working in a remote team culture, with strong self-management and adaptability.
- Willingness to travel, mostly within the DACH region, up to 1–2 times per month.
- Huge Plus: Ability to design and optimize AI-driven workflows and automations (e.g., using HubSpot, Make, or n8n.)
