As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director Enterprise Commercial Sales and act as a trusted partner and advisor. You will manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, orchestrate meetings and events, and handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. You will also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, leverage your vast network, and mentor and support the Business Support community.

Responsibilities
Executive Assistant to MD Enterprise Commercial Sales:
- Independent calendar management including planning and control of short- and long-term appointments according to priority
- Independent travel planning and prompt expense accounting
- Preparation of weekly Leadership Team meetings in close collaboration with the Segment Business Manager
- Communication about department-relevant topics in the team
- Budget management for team offsites
- PO process interim approval, closing and invoice verification
- Supplier creation or re-activation
- Preparation and support for all upcoming business and customer meetings
- Coordination and preparation of presentations, e.g. for monthly Town Hall Meetings
- Monitoring of compliance processes and policies within the department
- Support of the management teams in administrative processes and policies
- Independent identification, initiation and management of administrative projects
- OPEX (operational expenditure) controlling
- Preparation and logging of essential contents and tracking of the most important actions and next steps for the leadership teams
- Support for departmental projects
- Orchestrate the extended Executive Assistant team within Enterprise Commercial Sales
- Embody ourculture and values.

Qualifications
- Minimum of an associate degree in business administration OR other relevant area OR equivalent relevant experience
- Several years of experience in an executive assistant role, group administrative, project management, or business operations role
- Proficiency in MS Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote
- Full proficiency in English (both written and verbal) AND German (Level C1 or higher)
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail and high degree of independence
- High level of trustworthiness, confidentiality and loyalty
- Demonstrated ability to change direction in response to changing work situations Ability to accommodate working styles and perspectives of diverse individuals
- Ability to prioritize own work and resources to complete projects on time and to solve routine problems effectively.
