As of now, we are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead one of our multifaceted teams responsible for our B2B, Health, and Partnerships verticals. You will guide your engineers in developing and scaling a complex product ecosystem that serves corporate clients, healthcare providers, and strategic partners. Your leadership will be crucial in driving the technical strategy for these diverse platforms and delivering the reliable, secure, and innovative solutions that power our growth in these critical markets.

YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:
- Overseeing Product Delivery
Drive the execution of our product vision, ensuring transparency and championing sustainable, reliable solutions. - Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Product, Design, Sales, Customer Success, and other Tech Leads to align efforts and deliver high-quality outcomes. - Process Improvement
Identify opportunities to enhance our software development workflows and collaborate with your team to implement solutions that align with our business objectives. - Demonstrating Strong Technical Acumen
Apply best-in-class engineering practices, remain informed about emerging technologies, and refine development strategies to ensure high quality and scalability. - Team Growth & Development
Mentor team members by recognizing their strengths, providing constructive feedback, setting clear goals, and fostering professional growth. - Fostering Autonomy
Encourage end-to-end ownership, continuous learning, and knowledge sharing within your team, cultivating a self-directed and innovative environment. - Prioritization & Delivery
Partner with Product and other engineering teams to set priorities and ensure timely completion of key projects and features. - Talent Acquisition & Retention
Collaborate with the recruiting team to retain current talent while attracting and onboarding new team members.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:
- You have a strong software engineering background, with experience building systems across multiple platforms (e.g., backend, frontend, mobile).
- You are proficient in one or more programming languages.
- You have great communication skills and can explain complex processes to non-technical stakeholders.
- You excel at creating a sense of partnership among diverse stakeholders, forming a unified team.
- You can work effectively across different teams to drive alignment and achieve results.
- You possess strong analytical skills and can troubleshoot issues in complex systems.
- You have a growth mindset and adapt quickly to change.
