Main job responsibilities:
- Customer service via phone and e-mail for our French speaking customers
- Advising on product range and product selection
- Support with product orders, payments and order tracking
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Additional to these tasks you string tennis rackets
Your skills:
- Passionate for Customer Service to achieve a high customer satisfaction and to create customer loyalty
- Strong proficiency in French and you are able the speak and understand English
- Good computer knowledge and time management
- You have high listening and communication skills
- Despite hectic periods you keep a cool head
