As the Business Manager Asia (m/f/d) at Nova, you will play a strategic role in driving our commercial success across the region. You will lead sales initiatives, manage key customer relationships, and collaborate closely with Account, Sales, and Service teams, as well as HQ stakeholders. Your focus will be on identifying growth opportunities, optimizing go-to-market strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. By contributing to the continuous improvement of our sales processes and aligning regional efforts with global objectives, you will be instrumental in strengthening Nova’s presence and performance in the Asian market.

Role Responsibilities
- Customer & Account Strategy: Define and align customer and account strategies in collaboration with the field and GBG sales teams; represent the voice of the customer and manage quotations, specifications, and proposal engineering.
- Revenue & Product Ownership: Own CMD product revenue in the region; manage evaluations of new tools and major product releases; ensure product needs are addressed by product marketing.
- Operational Execution: Lead delivery and operational processes to meet customer requirements; act as liaison for order management and ensure alignment with HQ departments.
- Technical & Pre-Sales Support: Provide technical expertise during pre-sales; orchestrate technical demonstrations and present Nova’s value proposition at customer meetings and reviews.
- Market Intelligence & Communication: Gather competitive intelligence; communicate customer feedback and technical insights internally to support continuous improvement and strategic planning.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in sales of capital equipment
- Experience in working with customers WW
- Proven experience in leading sales processes, negotiation and building customer relationship
- Proven track record of driving a matrix organization
- Technical academic degree and experience in either in Chemicals, materials or electronics
- Experience in Semiconductor Process/Process Control Capital equipment market
