- Conducting market research to identify potential clients and market trends as well as supporting inthe development of a comprehensive sales strategy
- Identifying, negotiating and establishing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the travelindustry
- Collaborating closely with your partners to identify opportunities for improvements of optimization tomaximize account potential and achieve growth objectives
- Monitoring your account performance, analyzing key metrics and generating reports to enablestrategic decision-making and optimize client satisfaction and retention
- Working cross functionally with teams such as Product Management, Engineering and Sales toensure each stage of the partner journey is a smooth and positive experience
- Planning, executing and monitoring of key projects through data analysis, market research andeffective collaboration within the company
- Have a bachelors’ or masters’ degree and 2+ years of experience in a relevant accountmanagement/business development position, preferably within the digital sector
- Are a self-starter who is eager to develop professionally in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
- Are a team player with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills and are able tocommunicate well with diverse stakeholders, inside and outside of the organization
- Possede very strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate numbers intoactionable initiatives
- Are passionate about travel and want to contribute to a product that seeks to enhance the travelexperience for all who utilize the HomeToGo platform
- High proficiency in English, additional language skills are a plus
