The Portfolio Valuation Coordination role within the Value & Risk Advisory Center of Excellence (CoE) is crucial for orchestrating and delivering seamless service on cross-border mandates. This position serves as the central point of contact and coordination for valuation and risk advisory projects that span multiple geographies, ensuring consistent quality, efficient execution, and strong client satisfaction. The Account Manager will work closely with regional teams, subject matter experts, and clients to manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, drive process improvements, and foster collaboration across the Value & Risk Advisory platform.
Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination:
- Manage and coordinate cross-border valuation and risk advisory mandates from initiation to completion.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams on assigned projects.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Cross-Border Collaboration:
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between regional valuation teams to ensure consistent methodologies and quality standards.
- Organize and lead project kickoff meetings, progress updates, and debrief sessions with relevant stakeholders.
- Promote knowledge sharing and best practices across the Value & Risk Advisory network.

Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
- Proactively communicate project status, address client inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Gather client feedback and identify opportunities to improve service delivery.

Process Improvement:
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and consistency in cross-border mandate execution.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practice guides for cross-border projects.
- Leverage technology and data analytics to streamline project management and reporting.

Quality Assurance:
- Ensure compliance with JLL's quality standards, professional guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Review project deliverables for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Implement quality control measures and conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement.

Financial Management:
- Assist in the preparation of project budgets and track expenses against budget.
- Monitor project profitability and identify opportunities to improve financial performance.
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and collection of fees.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, business administration, or a related field.
- Preferably 3+ years of experience in project management, account management, or real estate valuation/advisory services.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex, cross-border projects.
- Strong understanding of real estate valuation principles, methodologies, and industry practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in a global, matrixed organization is preferred.
