As an Account Executive focusing on the SMB segment at Agicap, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities within small and medium-sized enterprises. You will leverage your understanding of the SMB landscape to tailor our financial management solutions to meet the unique needs of these businesses. Your role will involve building strong relationships with potential clients, conducting product demonstrations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
As part of our German Sales team you will actively collaborate with fellow Account Executives to share best practices, strategies, and insights, fostering a supportive team environment that drives collective success. Additionally, you will work closely with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads, providing feedback and guidance to optimize lead generation efforts and enhance overall sales performance.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or similar
- Strong understanding of the SMB market dynamics and challenges.
