We are looking for a student worker to strengthen our team in Berlin covering Germany and the Central Western European business region. We deliver advisory and consultancy services related to commercial excellence and revenue growth across various industries such as healthcare, manufacturing industry, transport and energy. As a working student at Business Sweden in Berlin you will put theory into practice while continuing your studies. You will be an active member of our consulting team, gaining valuable experience for your future career as well as insights into your studies. You will be working in project teams collecting, analysing and presenting information and insights, you will also support senior colleagues in sales dialogues, by insight driven development of new business opportunities as well as prospecting, and together with the team, develop customer value propositions. We expect that you like to drive own initiatives and collaborate as the role comes with a high degree of freedom and responsibility. You will also be able to network within the global Business Sweden organisation, laying the ground for a future career at Business Sweden, in Berlin or elsewhere.
Our office is located in central Berlin and as a global Swedish organization with 40 offices around the world we offer great opportunities for an international career. You will work in a great team where we take care of, support and coach each other. The job is very diverse as we work in various industries and markets with clients ranging from start-ups to large multinationals. What do we expect from you?
To help us further grow, we are currently looking to expand the team with a driven and ambitious working student based in Berlin (remote or hybrid from Germany is also possible). You are interested in a fast-paced environment, a steep learning curve and to work in a dedicated team supporting Swedish clients in their growth journey in Germany and globally.

Formal requirements
- You are enrolled in an academic program, either a Bachelor of Science or a Master of Science preferably but not necessarily in Engineering and/or Business Administration from a well-regarded school
- You have previous relevant working experience such as internships or part-time work experience from either a renowned management consultant firm, global industrial firm or a start-up
- You have experience from an international context from studying and/or working
- You are result-oriented, analytical and with a strong drive and an ability to handle new challenges
- You have strong social and team-working skills and cultural adaptiveness
- Language requirements
- A high level of proficiency in both written and spoken English and German is a requirement
- Swedish language skills are meriting
