Warm-Up
At Gymondo, you will contribute to products that help people lead healthier and happier lives. As a UX Research Working Student, you will work closely with designers and product managers to research user needs, gain insights and design meaningful user experiences.
You will learn and apply a variety of research methods, plan and conduct usability tests and surveys, and turn raw data into valuable input for our product decisions. Under the guidance of experienced team members and with the freedom to develop, you will play a key role in making our product even more user-centred.
Your contribution within the team
- User Research: Conducting usability tests and customer surveys (in German and English)
- Quantitative Research: Creating and conducting surveys to gain both quantitative and qualitative insights
- Insight Analysis: Clustering insights and providing analyses of new and existing studies to product teams
- Process Ownership: Ownership of the process from research planning to analysis (under the guidance of the team)
- Learning by Doing: Learning and applying various UX research and product development methods
