Job Description
- Take responsibility: You prepare and carry out various surface analyses, such as roughness and wetting behavior tests
- Data is everything: You prepare and evaluate the test data and interpret it afterwards
- Reliable work: You will familiarize yourself with programs for preparing and analyzing data, possibly also preparing scripts
- Focus on the future: You will learn about surfaces, particularly with regard to metals, and carry out literature research
Your Profile
- Study field: You are currently studying mechanical engineering, natural sciences or similar
- Interests: You have a keen interest in characterization methods and learning IT software, ideally with basic programming experience
- Working style: You are characterized by a conscientious way of working
- Language skills: You have a confident command of written and spoken English
- Availability: Ideally you can work 20 hours a week

Important information:
- Working part-time : The focus is on studies. Therefore, working student is possible during the lecture period with a maximum of 20 hours per week.
- Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome : You must be enrolled, and the examination results or modules of your studies must not have been completed yet, so that you can still work in our team for at least 6 months. You must also not be in a semester of leave.
- You should live close to the site : It is important for us to work with you on site and to integrate you into the team. You should therefore be able to come to the site regularly.
