Deine Aufgaben:
- Du unterstützt das Marketing Team bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Marketingkampagnen in allen 3 DACH Ländern (B2C, B2B)
- Du erstellst digitale Werbeassets genauso wie Printmaterialien und arbeitest im Rahmen größerer Projekte mit internationalen Agenturen zusammen
- Du führst regelmäßig Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen durch und leitest daraus eigenständig Handlungsempfehlungen ab
- Die Erstellung von Präsentationen und Reportings übernimmst du sicher und selbständig
- Monatliche Volumen- und ROI Auswertungen treibst du voran
Dein Profil:
- Eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d) im Bereich Marketing, BWL, Kommunikationswissenschaften oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
- Praktische Erfahrungen im Marketing, idealerweise durch Praktika oder vorherige Werkstudententätigkeiten
- Kreativität und ein gutes Gespür für Trends und Zielgruppen
- Zahlengetriebener Mindset
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Französisch und Italienisch wünschenswert
- Sicherer Umgang mit Google Suite und idealerweise erste Erfahrungen mit Grafikdesign-Tools (z.B. Adobe Creative Suite)
- Teamfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise

Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $ - $ USD
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
