As a working student in our team, you will work closely with our container assets administration team to support core activities and management process of planning, monitoring and optimization. You'll have the opportunity to work on your own and take initiative in your tasks. We're seeking a self-motivated individual who takes initiative and is comfortable reaching out to others to get things done. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the review and processing of lost containers
- Supporting the invoice verification and claim process for leased containers
- Input of FIS updates
- Support monthly result preparation for container asset related costs (CPD costs), such as preparing container inventory reports
- Conduct the monthly KPI management reporting
- Support planning process and review of Supply & Demand costs
- Currently enrolled full-time in a bachelor’s degree with a focus on controlling, accounting, logistics, supply chain, or another degree which relates to business administration
- Very good writing and speaking skills in German and English
- Very good Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Problem-solving and target-oriented working style with high commitment
- Teamplayer with independent working style
- You like to work analytically and are interested in linking data to operational processes
- Able to commit to working 20 hours per week
