Working Student - Buying Assistant (Premium) (all genders)

Your responsibilities:

• You proactively assist the Buyers in the preparation of the stock offers and the order file master data filling for internal processing.
• You proactively monitor the tracking of the orders from contract creation to Purchase Order number issuance through to delivery and go live facilitating communication of data between Buying and Operations.
• You ensure that relevant order information gets shared efficiently across the team internal stakeholders.
You support the Buying Directors in collating data related to the status of orders, shipments, go live.

Your qualifications:

• Ongoing education in fashion/management
• Skilled in Excel
• You are an effective communicator
• Fluent in English and German
