How you’ll be hosting with heart:
Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of our dynamic pricing algorithm.
Integrate customer data insights to refine pricing strategies and enhance responsiveness to demand changes.
Formulate and test hypotheses to develop innovative mechanisms that adapt to market dynamics.
Analyze booking behavior through exploratory data analysis to uncover meaningful patterns and trends.
Apply statistical techniques to assess model factors such as lead times, booking pace, price sensitivity, and event-driven demand.
What you need to shoot for the stars:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics), with graduation expected within the next 12 months.
Previous experience from academic projects or working student roles in areas like complex system simulation, statistics, or data science.
Solid skills in Python, SQL, data manipulation with pandas, and experience working in Jupyter notebooks.
You are fluent in English, communicate clearly and confidently, and are comfortable providing proactive feedback.
