STELLENBESCHREIBUNG

Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Schweißer (m/w/d) an unserem Standort in Hof (Bayern).

Aufgaben

• Selbstständiges Schweißen von Produkten aus Stahl nach Zeichnungsvorgaben und Schweißanweisungen
• Durchführen und Dokumentation der täglichen Wartungsarbeiten
• Vorgeschriebene Dokumentation von qualitätsrelevanten Prüfungen im QS-System
• Einleitung von internen Reklamationen
• Rückmeldung von Betriebsaufträgen und Erfassung von Kennzahlen
• Mitarbeit bei der Verbesserung und Neukonstruktion von Schweißvorrichtungen
• Aktive Mitarbeit bei der kontinuierlichen Prozessverbesserung
• Entwicklungsmöglichkeit für Rüst- und Einrichtarbeiten am Schweißroboter inkl. Erstellen, Pflege und Verwaltung der Schweißprogramme

ERFORDERLICHE FÄHIGKEITEN FÜR DEN ERFOLG

• Eine einschlägige abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Gleichwertiges; Gültige Prüfungsbescheinigung im Metall-Aktivgasschweißen
• Hohe Sorgfalt im Umgang mit Arbeits- und Betriebsmitteln
• Qualitätsbewusstes und zuverlässiges Arbeiten
• Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
• Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a welder (m/f/d) for our location in Hof (Bavaria) .

Job Responsibilities

• 
  Independent welding of steel products according to drawing specifications and welding instructions

• Performing and documenting daily maintenance work

• Required documentation of quality-relevant inspections in the quality management system

• Initiating internal complaints

• Reporting on production orders and recording key figures

• Assisting in the improvement and new construction of welding fixtures

• Active participation in continuous process improvement

• Development opportunities for setup and adjustment work on the welding robot, including creating, maintaining, and managing welding programs

REQUIRED SKILLS FOR SUCCESS

• Relevant completed training or equivalent; valid certification in Metal Active Gas Welding (MAG)

• High care in handling work and operating equipment

• Quality-conscious and reliable work

• Strong teamwork skills

• Willingness to work shifts

• Very good knowledge of German
