We are now looking for a
Warehouse Specialist (m/f/d)
to join our team working for a better future.
The preferred location for the position is in Wilhelmshaven, Germany.
What you will be doing
As Warehouse Specialist your work will focus on these responsibilities:
- Incoming goods inspection
- Acceptance of deliveries including identification, quality and quantity checks, processing and preparation of goods receipts
- Documentation of goods inspection test results in the warehouse management program
- Warehouse management
- Preparation of the material for storage including storage location allocation
- Posting of goods receipts / goods issues and stock transfers in the SAP system
- Packaging/Shipping:
- Packing activity / selection and use of suitable packaging materials for safe transport
- Commissioning courier services for domestic shipments
- Providing the shipping goods for acceptance by the carrier
To be successful in this role we expect you to have:
- Approx. 5 years of relevant work experience as Warehouse specialist
- SAP knowledge
- Product knowledge or technical understanding
- Forklift/crane licence desirable
- German language skills (min. B2)
- English language skills (min. B1)

Zur Erweiterung unseres Teams in Wilhelmshaven.
Als Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik konzentriert sich Ihre Arbeit auf:
- Annahme von Lieferungen inklusive Identifikation, Qualitäts- und Mengenprüfungen, Bearbeitung und Vorbereitung von Wareneingängen
- Dokumentation der Prüfungsergebnisse der Waren im Lagerverwaltungssystem
- Lagerverwaltung
- Vorbereitung des Materials für die Lagerung inklusive Lagerortzuweisung
- Buchung von Wareneingängen / -ausgängen und Bestandsübertragungen im SAP-System
- Verpackung/Versand: Verpackungsaktivität / Auswahl und Einsatz geeigneter Verpackungsmaterialien für sicheren Transport
- Beauftragung von Kurierdiensten für nationale Sendungen
- Bereitstellung der Versandgüter zur Annahme durch den Spediteur
Um in dieser Rolle erfolgreich zu sein erwarten wir:
- Ca. 5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung als Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik
- SAP-Kenntnisse
- Produktkenntnisse oder technisches Verständnis
- Gabelstapler-/Kranführerschein wünschenswert
- Deutschkenntnisse (mind. B2)
- Englischkenntnisse (mind. B1).
