Technician Testing and Validation (m/f/d)
This is your job:
Carrying out performance tests and electrical tests on battery modules according to test specifications
Assembly of test objects (battery modules and battery cells), tool preparation, equipment assembly and disassembly, test bench setup and monitoring of the test process
Maintenance and repair of test chambers and laboratory equipment
Operational tests at high and low temperatures
Programming the test sequence based on the test specification
Data analysis, documentation, checking of results and creation of test reports (reporting)
These are your previous achievements:
Successfully completed studies as an engineer in the field of technology, electrical engineering or mechanical engineering or successfully completed technical vocational training (ideally as a mechatronics engineer or electronics technician)
First professional experience in the automotive industry, in a test laboratory or in dealing with complex battery systems
Basic knowledge of electrical circuits and experience in dealing with measuring systems
Experience in the HV environment is an advantage (but not essential)
High quality awareness with an eye for detail; structured and conscientious way of working
Very good written and spoken German, good English skills are desirable
Confident handling of the common MS Office applications
Team and communication skills, reliability, flexibility as well as a very good grasp and analytical way of thinking
