Your tasks
As Technical Product Owner you lead the tick@lab Scrum team from a product perspective, ensuring alignment with the product vision and delivering high-quality software solutions. You are reporting directly to the Product Leader of a-tune. You play a crucial role in defining and executing the product roadmap, bridging the gap between business needs and technical development..

- own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- collaborate closely with the product leader and stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- lead the Scrum team in delivering high-quality, compliant, and scalable software solutions.
- translate business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifica-tions.
- work closely with developers, UX designers, and QA teams to ensure smooth and efficient product development.
- conduct market research and gather user feedback to continuously refine product features and im-provements.
- ensure compliance with relevant research and regulatory standards within the software.
- act as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders regarding product development progress.
What sets you apart
- 2-3 years of experience as a Technical Product Owner or Product Manager in a software development environment.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies with experience leading Scrum teams. Product Owner Certification is a highly desirable.
- Background in research compliance, life sciences, regulatory software or finance.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.
- Experience working directly with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to analyze complex problems, prioritize tasks, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong ability to collaborate with software developers and translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Familiarity with the concepts of (relational) databases, service architectures, WebAPI, SOAP data modelling web technologies, and client/server authentication.
- Fluency in both English and German is required.
