Aufgabe
- Disciplinary and technical leadership for the team, including task coordination and resource planning
- Testing and assessment of functional safety systems for our national and international customers
- Responsibility for technical and quality assurance, including reviews and certifications of functional safety systems and components in compliance with functional safety standards (IEC 61508, ISO 26262, ISO 13849, etc.)
- Building and expanding the team s capacity and expertise
- Close coordination with other team leads and department management, especially regarding the coordination of projects including HW and SW parts.
Qualifikation
- Several years of professional experience in functional safety and/or in the development of safety components or systems (IEC 61508, ISO 26262, ISO 13849, etc.)
- Initial experience in technical leadership, preferably with disciplinary leadership responsibilities
- Decisive action and enthusiasm for innovation
- Flexibility and enjoyment of teamwork, with a focus on long-term business success
- Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 20 30%)
- Excellent English and good German language skills, both written and spoken
