Tax Transformation Lead | Europe (Hybrid Role)
Hanami have been exclusively mandated to search for an experienced Tax Transformation Lead to drive a key phase of group-wide ERP and transfer pricing transformation. This is a pivotal role, collaborating with IT, tax, finance, and other cross-functional teams to implement a new transfer pricing model across multiple regions.
Reporting to the European Tax Director, you'll manage tax inputs into the broader transformation programme, ensure compliance with transfer pricing rules, and support operational tax processes during a time of change.

This is a pivotal role, collaborating with IT, tax, finance, and other cross-functional teams to implement a new transfer pricing model across multiple regions.
Reporting to the European Tax Director, you'll manage tax inputs into the broader transformation programme, ensure compliance with transfer pricing rules, and support operational tax processes during a time of change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute the tax transformation workstream across various countries and regions
- Collaborate with IT to define and embed tax requirements into the new ERP system
- Conduct economic and tax analysis to support new transfer pricing methods, including monthly margin analytics and annual true-ups
- Support transfer pricing calculations for supply chain changes and strategic service fee modeling
- Work with onshore tax and finance teams to gather intercompany data and ensure consistency in flows
- Assist in transfer pricing audits and APA processes, working closely with local tax teams
- Perform ad hoc financial and tax analyses as needed
Ideal Experience & Skills:
- 4–5+ years in transfer pricing, tax M&A, or tax accounting (Big 4 or multinational in-house)
- Strong understanding of transfer pricing concepts and documentation
- Experience with ERP systems and data extraction (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Skilled in project management, financial analysis, and reconciliation
- Proficient in Excel; strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus
