Your Role & Scope at SellerX

At SellerX, we’re growing our Talent Acquisition team and looking for an experienced TA Partner (x/f/m) to join us! You’ll own end-to-end recruitment across multiple business areas, contribute to strategic talent projects, and help shape a high-quality, data-driven hiring process and all within a collaborative, high-paced environment with room to grow into a senior role.

What will help you thrive in this role:

  • A track record of success in full-cycle recruitment, ideally with both agency and in-house or startup experience.

  • Strong business understanding and the ability to connect hiring needs to our company’s goals.

  • Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus.

  • A collaborative, consultative approach to working with stakeholders.

  • Comfort working with data to inform decisions and spot opportunities for improvement.

  • Highly organized, adaptable, and proactive – you enjoy taking ownership and aren’t afraid to suggest new ideas.
