We are looking to expand our vibrant team in Bonn with a motivated and experienced Stakeholder Engagement Manager (m/w/d). Aufgaben
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to manage and expand stakeholder networks, aligning with company goals and market trends in renewable energy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry players to foster collaboration and knowledge exchange.
- Represent the company at industry events to enhance partnerships and attract new stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to prioritize, implement, and evaluate stakeholder initiatives and events.
- Oversee accurate management and continuous updating of stakeholder data to support outreach and engagement activities.
Qualifikation
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project or stakeholder management, preferably in renewable energy, market research, or related fields.
- Strong strategic thinking, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence diverse stakeholders effectively.
- Fluency in English and German (written and spoken) is essential; additional European languages are an advantage.
- Good understanding of renewable energy markets, especially photovoltaics, is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Strong data management skills to maintain accurate and up-to-date stakeholder information.
- Experience with knowledge-sharing platforms or industry forums is a plus.
