About this Position
PSRA team constantly strives towards the right structure and expertise management in specific locations that would allow us to align with current and future business needs.In line with our strategy, the PSRA leadership team has made a decision to focus their efforts on creating a "Centre of Excellence" in food safety by consolidating the team in EU into Dusseldorf. This would enable us to streamline and improve our activities, processes, footprint management and create synergies within the team.
What you´ll do
- Obtain all regulations of relevance to the activities of PSRA in the region, communicate and make them available
- Assist in the resolution of all issues of regulatory interpretation for PSRA in the region and ensure uniformity of interpretation. Assume the role of spokesperson for PSRA in the region on interpretational issues
- Advise senior Management (PSRA, R&D, Manufacturing, Marketing) on future regulations and regulatory trends that could impact the business
- Coordination of impact analysis searches for regulatory changes
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of HAT products, chemistries and processes and future product development plans and the Federal, State, country, regional and / or local regulations of relevance to them
- Responsible for monitoring and responding to customer requests in line with KPI
- Conduct/Assist the training of regulatory topics to team/stakeholders/customer
- Represent Henkel at trade associations, external workshops and conferences
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor's degree in natural sciences or equivalent
- 5+ years experience in product safety and application of regulatory requirements to business needs
- Extensive regulatory experience, knowledge and training with food safety relevance
- SAP PLM/EH&S knowledge Fluent English Skills
