Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and design of ServiceNow implementations, including ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD modules.
- Collaborate with client executives to identify pain points and translate them into platform solutions.
- Define integration strategies aligned with enterprise architecture and the ServiceNow roadmap.
- Deliver workshops, best practice sessions, and educational engagements for customers and partners.
- Ensure platform scalability and alignment with business goals.
- Oversee implementation teams and ensure adherence to technical standards and SLAs.
Required Skills
- Expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD modules.
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and governance.
- Experience with open-source LLMs and enterprise service management.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in the German language.
