Join us as a (Senior) Technical Product Manager (m/f/d) in our Fleet Data Foundation team on a shared journey that matters!
At MOIA, you'll be joining the new founded Fleet Data Foundation team – a smart, driven, and fun group of people who care deeply about using data to shape the future of mobility.
We’re here to make data-informed decision-taking the norm, and we build reliable, scalable data products to support our business needs.
What we do
We’re a new emerged team, which owns the central data foundation for all vehicle and fleet topics.
Our goal is simple: make fleet and vehicle data easy to use. So, teams can build better products, and for external partners to run safe, compliant, and high-performing operations.
We take care of the core datasets that keep fleet operations running, support compliance, and help maximize vehicle availability.
Alongside building reliable, scalable data products, we coach, and support teams work with data confidently — helping them create their own data products and make smarter decisions, faster.
What you will do
- Own the product vision and roadmap for the Fleet Data and work with your team to bring it to life
- Be the go-to person for Fleet and Vehicle data, align with stakeholders, support customer conversations, and represent the team in the product community
- Drive the data offering of the business unit towards customers by making fleet and vehicle data easy to access, understand, and use
- Act as a KPI spokesperson in reviews, support teams in defining metrics, and shape overarching KPI trees together
- Work closely with platform and foundation teams to align on data standards and ensure high standard across the company
- Be a strategic sparring partner when it comes to analytical methods and lead analytics initiatives that create clarity and impact
- Support your team and others in combining telemetry, vehicle, trip, and operational data into reusable datasets, and enable them to build dashboards or perform their own analytics with confidence
What will help you to fulfill your role
- You bring a strong product mindset and have some hands-on experience in product management. You know how to shape a vision, create a roadmap, and break big problems into manageable pieces.
- You’ve worked in or around data before. You understand how metrics, data pipelines, and product requirements come together to build something meaningful
- You’re familiar with agile ways of working (ideally in a SAFe setup). You navigate cross-team planning, manage dependencies, and align stakeholders to keep priorities clear and progress on track without losing sight of the bigger picture.
- You use AI tools in your daily work. Whether it’s drafting tickets, brainstorming ideas, or speeding up repetitive tasks, you know how to make them work for you.
- You’re comfortable getting your hands dirty with data. SQL doesn’t scare you or dashboard applications such as Quicksight or Tableau. If you’re not an expert yet, you’re curious and eager to learn.
- You’re a clear and thoughtful communicator. You know how to explain complex topics in a simple way, adapt your message to different audiences, and bring people along with you.
- You enjoy working with others and bring energy into meetings and workshops. Coaching teams, helping them build their own data products, and seeing their confidence grow is something that motivates you.
- You speak English fluently and feel confident leading discussions. German is a nice bonus, but not a must.
Please note that first interviews will start on CW38. Make sure to get your application in on time and thanks for your patience!
We encourage you to apply even if your profile does not meet all the requirements for the role since we are looking for a diverse range of experiences, skills, and interests. We are certain that there will be something for everyone because we are working on such a variety of tasks and embrace individual growth at MOIA.
