Your Role:

Join us at emnify as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to help us grow and scale our Engineering and Product teams through skills-led and data-informed hiring.

As part of a small but experienced Talent team, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we attract, assess, and hire top talent. You’ll work closely with our hiring teams as a trusted partner, leading high-impact searches and embedding best-in-class hiring practices.

Your Impact:

  • Lead end-to-end hiring for Engineering, Product, Data, and Design, advising hiring managers and their teams at every stage of the process.
  • Design talent attraction and sourcing strategies that reflect current talent market insights (talent market mapping) and your understanding of what great looks like.
  • Act as a Talent Advisor who delivers value beyond filling roles. You see the company as your customer, the hiring manager as your partner, and speed, quality, and inclusion as your key measures of success.
  • Drive consistent and systematic skills-based assessments to predict future job performance and increase our talent density.
  • Leverage talent data to enhance decision-making, improve hiring efficiency, and support continuous process improvement.

Your Skills:

  • Strong Talent Advisory skills, demonstrated through a proven track record in leading niche tech hiring in the Polish market.
  • Good Talent Sourcing skills to identify, attract, engage, and pre-qualify candidates across seniority levels by understanding the EMEA labor market.
  • Good Talent Assessment skills to apply systemic, skills-based evaluation methods that reliably predict future job performance.
  • Clear and proactive communication skills to build trust with hiring teams and keep processes aligned and on track.
  • Good Talent Intelligence skills to systematically and strategically gather, analyze, and apply talent data within and outside the organization.
  • Solid Talent Operations skills to leverage our technology in ways that improve efficiency, effectiveness, and experience across the hiring process.

Whereas our GTM organization in the US is completely remote because there is no hub for them yet. We offer professional relocation services, employer of record and remote working policy. We know great talents are spread around the world or have their families in different countries. We are not a remote culture. The moment when you sign our contract your onboarding journey starts. Depending on your notice period, you can start with us 14 working days after signing. We are aiming to provide the best onboarding experience for you, your manager and your future team. All the interactions with you are fully automated and designed with Enboarder, our onboarding technology partner, helps us to create a high level of engagement until your start. For people with longer notice periods, expect us to reach out to you 1 month before you start. Your talent advisor will stay in touch with you until then.
