What you’ll do We are looking for a Software Engineer to join the FIRE team in our Treatment Plan domain.
As a Software Engineer, you will be working on Integration with Laboratories and Medical Devices and the German national healthcare network. These features make data transfer between the doctors and third parties seamless, saving time for our doctors and patientsOur team is fairly senior and full of experienced engineers you can learn from, and our mission means, you will be learning about new systems and devices keeping things interesting (especially if you are interested in other things than classic CRUD web applications).Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- You will participate in both the discovery and delivery phases of product development.
- In close collaboration with the product manager and your teammates, you will be developing with the React (Typescript) frontend and Typescript on the backend as well as working on the newly created services in Java/Kotlin.
- While we can and do code REST APIs, a lot of our work involves figuring out interoperability with existing services. If you like to tinker and figure out how 3rd parties work the our team is the place for you
Who you are

- You are efficient with Typescript
- You have some experience (or willing to learn) Java/Kotlin development
- You write test-driven pragmatically engineered code
- Proactive, involved, curious, and collaborative
- You are fluent in English
