Senior Sales Executive DACH (m/f/d)
This is a great opportunity for an experienced and high-quality Senior Sales Professional (m/f) to join a company at the forefront of the CMS sector as a Senior Sales Executive.
Your Responsibilities: The position requires a sales expertise with a proven track record of prospecting and closing new business. GTM focus with responsibility for new business generation, partner recruitment and joint deal-closing.
Essential Tasks:
- Drive new logo acquisition and revenue growth through a hunter mindset
- Acquire and enable new partners in DACH (digital agencies, system integrators, consultancies)
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signature (DXP, CMS, B2B‑Commerce)
- Leverage and upsell the Ibexa portfolio: Ibexa DXP + Ibexa Cloud (Managed PaaS), Ibexa Connect (iPaaS), Quable PIM, Raptor CDP/Personalization
- Co‑sell with partners: discovery → value case/TCO (build‑vs‑buy) → demo/PoC → proposal → negotiation → close
- Collaborate with Marketing, Pre‑Sales, Product and Customer Success to maximize outcomes
Area of Responsibility
- New business hunting and partner acquisition in DACH
- Pipeline generation, management and accurate forecasting
- Co‑selling with partners to accelerate deal closures
- Market feedback to improve product positioning and messaging
- Expand Ibexa’s ecosystem and brand visibility in DACH

Profile
- 5+ years of enterprise software sales success (DXP, CMS, E‑Commerce, SaaS); quota-carrying hunter
- Proven partner recruitment and co‑sell experience; consistent new‑logo wins
- Value/TCO selling proficiency (Cloud vs. self‑host, iPaaS governance, build‑vs‑buy)
- Familiar with adjacent stacks: PIM/MDM (e.g., Quable), iPaaS (Ibexa Connect), CDP/Personalization (Raptor)
- Awareness of comparative stacks (TYPO3, Pimcore, Adobe, Sitecore, commercetools, SAP CX, Salesforce)
- Excellent communication and negotiation in German & English
