Join us as our new Senior Production Planner
To expand our team, we are seeking support as soon as possible to ensure the supply chains between our individual production sites and our customers. Another area of responsibility includes creating overviews of supply, demand, and inventories, as well as tracking production and promptly initiating actions and communication in case of deviations.
Welcome to the Supply Chain HMO Team
As our Senior Production Planner, you can drive the development of our processes and play a crucial role in our company by ensuring seamless and timely coordination of our supply chain. You report to the Head of the Supply Chain department and are part of a larger HMO team. We offer you a position in an international working environment and the chance to tackle complex and varied challenges.
In this role you’ll make an impact by:
- Inventory management, including supporting the sales team
- Creation and tracking of demand/supply plans with logistics partners and warehouses
- Recipe creation / production planning
- Management and updating of the SAP system Collaboration with other departments such as purchasing, sales, and logistics to ensure smooth information flow and effective collaboration
Potentially relevant experience:
- A degree in Supply Chain Management or a comparable field of study
- At least two years of professional experience in production planning and control in the food or biotechnology industry
- Proficiency in MS Office, ideally basic knowledge in SAP
- Experience with S&OP and food production is advantageous
- Interest and technical understanding of spray drying and dry mixing processes are beneficial
- Fluent in both English and German
