At Mister Spex, we believe that great design has the power to transform the way people see and are seen. We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to take ownership of the UX for our next-generation commerce experience—one that is not only seamless and intuitive but also truly delightful.
As a key member of our cross-functional team, you’ll craft inspiring digital experiences that empower our customers while shaping the future of online eyewear shopping. You’ll collaborate closely with a UX Writer and the broader UX & Design team, driving a human-centered mindset across the company and championing design excellence at every touchpoint.

How you contribute
You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and data specialists while working alongside fellow Product Designers, UX Researchers, UX Writers, and the brand and marketing teams in cross-functional settings
Bring the customer’s perspective to the forefront, shaping state-of-the-art omnichannel experiences that seamlessly connect online and offline touchpoints
Create prototypes and conduct user tests to rapidly validate ideas and hypotheses, ensuring a user-centric approach that leads to delightful experiences
Furthermore, you guide product decisions by leveraging qualitative and quantitative research insights, discovering opportunities to improve our omnichannel experience
As a key member of the UX & Design team, you will contribute to the growth of design practices and culture while fostering a human-centered mindset across the company
What you bring
You have a strong track record of delivering user-centered products that are both engaging and functional
With proficiency in Figma, you excel in interaction design, visual design, and user experience principle
Designing seamless omnichannel experiences comes naturally to you, ensuring consistency across mobile, desktop, and in-store interactive displays
You conduct user tests and interviews, translating insights into actionable recommendations that enhance the product experience
You challenge the status quo by leveraging data and qualitative insights to make informed decisions that improve the user experience
Sharing knowledge, articulating design rationales, and fostering a shared understanding of user needs among stakeholders is something you do with confidence
You are fluent in English both verbal and written (at least on C1-level), German is a plus
