- Lead the installation and commissioning of the Lithography cluster equipment, ensuring alignment with operational requirements and technical specifications
- Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting and resolving issues specific to lithography processes and equipment, minimizing downtime and enhancing overall productivity
- Collaborate with process engineering teams to implement equipment upgrades and optimize lithography processes to improve yield and performance
- Conduct regular audits and perform preventative maintenance on lithography equipment to ensure long-term reliability and optimal performance
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including installation procedures, maintenance schedules, and training materials specific to the lithography area
- Mentor junior engineers and technicians, sharing knowledge of lithography cluster equipment and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred
- 5+ years of experience in equipment engineering focused on lithography cluster equipment in a semiconductor manufacturing (FAB) environment
- Proven expertise in the operation, installation, and maintenance of lithography cluster equipment (Scanner and Track)
- Strong understanding of the impact of lithography equipment on wafer processing and related techniques
- Proficient in data analysis and process control methodologies, including SPC (Statistical Process Control), specifically applied to deposition processes
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide training to staff. Fluency in English is essential
- Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards associated with semiconductor manufacturing processes, particularly related to lithography technologies
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
