POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Director for Special Programs - Asia will serve as both an operational and business development position for a leading-edge government security and services company. As a leading global provider, the Sr. Director of Special Programs - Asia is responsible for coverage across all federal, state, intelligence community, and commercial market segments to support the range of Constellis’ synergistic services in Asia. Under the supervision of the Leadership Team, the position is responsible for developing and executing win strategies for pursuits in the Mission Support Services (MSS) business unit. The MSS business unit includes operations and maintenance, base operations support, vehicle fleet maintenance and construction, advanced training, logistics and life support, crisis response, UAV, CUAS and security technology and infrastructure. Our customers include the Department of Defense, US Federal Agencies, Commercial and Foreign clients.
This position is multi-faceted and will serve as the representative for Special Programs and be responsible for both program management and business development in the region.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage National Security programs
- Provide operational and planning expertise for USG and DOD efforts in the region.
- Leads capture and proposal development for the company’s efforts in the European, African and Near East
- Serve as the lead Program Manager for EURCOM, AFRICOM and SOCEUR and SOCAF and all aspects of program management to ensure strategic alignment and mission success.
- Prepares and oversees implementation of effective customer call plans
- Builds capture teams and assigns capture responsibilities across the company in coordination with functional area leads (contracts, pricing, finance, HR, etc.)
- Prepare detailed competitor analyses
- Identifies qualified teaming partners
- Develop pricing strategies in coordination with the Pricing Manager
- Independently leads the coordination and preparation of proposals including scheduling; conducting kick-off meetings, storyboarding and win strategy sessions, and review meetings
- Translates capture strategy, win themes, customer hot buttons, discriminator/differentiators, and ghosting techniques throughout the proposal
- Drives proposal content from contributors, writers, SMEs and reviewers to the proposal outline and schedule and assures that the proposal is compliant, compelling, and persuasive in accordance with the solicitation requirements
- Coordinates development and implementation of communications/marketing campaigns supporting capture efforts
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and other practices set forth by upper management
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- Current Top Secret Clearance, for which US Citizenship is required.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in military, security, or law enforcement operations.
- 3 years’ experience working in commercial or private services organizations, with demonstrated experience operating in a dynamic business environment.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and solid business acumen.
- Extensive experience working with DoS, DoD, law enforcement, or similar federal/state security agencies, Special Operations experience highly preferred.
- Ability to make critical decisions with limited information, often within tight deadlines.
- Ability to travel domestically or internationally and visit austere, potentially hostile locations.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with a focus on clear and concise interactions.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with an analytical mindset.
- Adaptable to rapidly changing environments and evolving business needs.
- Must be able to lift, lower, carry, push or move objects up to 25 lbs. Various tasks may require intermittent standing or prolonged sitting, and the ability to walk, reach, kneel, crouch and handle work related supplies and tools.

WORKING CONDITIONS
Work is typically based in a busy office environment and subject to frequent interruptions. Business work hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, however some extended or weekend hours may be required.
