Your future contribution:
As HomeToGo’s Senior Controller, you will be a core function to support the Senior Management, Management Board and Supervisory Board in their decision-making for the HomeToGo Group. You will be involved in the budgeting, forecasting and reporting process of HomeToGo’s Headquarter as well as some of our subsidiaries. With these deep insights into the HomeToGo Group performance, you can provide important guidance to achieve our goals and help with the decision-making process.
With your collaborative, supportive approach and your analytic mindset, you will work closely together with our Group Accounting Team on the monthly closing and Group Reporting Package. Your great business understanding will be a strong asset to your Investor Relations Team for pitching our story to the capital markets.
Lead the monthly reporting and variance analysis with focus on some of our recent acquisitions
Establish controlling procedures and lead the financial integration to the HomeToGo Group
Support on our regular creation of forecast with giving guidance on steering, potentials and risks associated
Contribute to our annual Budgeting Process and Annual Report creation
Drive the improvement of existing processes on monthly reports
Guide our most recent acquisitions in the post-M&A integration and adaptation in reporting
Have minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in financial planning and controlling
Have a proven track record of collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders in an agile environment
Are analytical at heart - with strong skills in reporting to the senior management
Are structured, results oriented, with a great ability to reduce complexity
Have strong writing and speaking skills in English, German is a plus
Experience with SAP as a plus
